Description
The unit is designed for injecting meat and hams (particularly bone-in meat). The approx. 19 litre tank allows for long operation without the need for refilling. It is made of acid-resistant austenitic chrome-nickel steel, making it resistant to acids.
The kit also includes a meat injection gun equipped with a bar and 3 stainless steel needles. This solution allows the needles to be easily screwed in and out without damaging the threads (M6 thread).
The material of the gun is chemically non-reactive, guaranteeing that it is safe to use. Thanks to the 2 plugs included in the set, it is possible to work with 1 needle.
